Welcome to my little website. I worked really hard on it but I hope you will find it to be a chill and cool place to hang!! Okay, here comes a bio:
Cara (they/she) is a comedian and writer based in Brooklyn, NY. Cara is the host of CARAOKE, the monthly standup & karaoke show of ur dreams in Williamsburg, BK. You can also catch them performing stand-up, characters, and sketch comedy all over New York with groups like Queer Window, The Story Pirates, and Tea Before Bed. They are currently a staff writer at Going Down with Ella Yurman.
Cara spent 5 years at The Late Show with Stephen Colbert as writers assistant and they were selected to take part in Mentorship Matters 2022, a year-long intensive that pairs emerging writers of color with TV showrunners. A fun fact about Cara is that they used to work at their local bagel shop in New Jersey, and they WILL tell you about it.
